Andalo Trentino, two words that draw well what is a medieval village, founded by 14 ancient and preexisting farms, is now a charming town nestled in the sun a little more than a thousand meters high above sea level. Exactly it is located on the plateau of the Paganella and on the foot of the Brenta Dolomites. Not far away, on the plateau, there are two other popular holiday destinations of the area: Molveno and Fai della Paganella.

The country is part of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, which includes Dolomite alpine areas, with spiers and pinnacles soaring, but also pristine woods and meadows. This is the largest natural park in Trentino, includes the mountains of Adamello and Brenta, separated by Val Rendena and between the valleys of Non, Sole and Giudicarie. In this regard it should not forget the lake, a small natural basin karst. Here in the summer you can do everything around the lake, and in winter the snow around the same you can do with cross-country skis at the feet. The excess water of Andalo lake ends through a channel in the most famous Molveno lake.

Andalo Trentino offers many services and entertainment to its visitors and hospitality with over sixty hotels and residences. During the summer is a great starting point for hiking, horseback or mountain bike. For those who like cycling there are about 489 km of walking around the plateau. In addition to these activities there are still: archery, orienteering, Nordic walking and the ability to hover in the air with hang gliding. And if all that were not enough, there are tennis courts, a football pitch, an ice rink, a riding stable with horses and two swimming pools, one of which also has water features.

Andalo Trentino in Winter

Winter can not be outdone, indeed. The ski area Dolomiti Paganella offers enthusiasts 23 slopes and 14 lifts. Not to mention the inevitable Fun Park for children.
